1. Information We Collect
We dont not collect any of your information from BoreholeAI except for your email address. Data storage are on SOC2 type II infrastructure on AWS infrastructure.
2. How We Use Your Information
We dont use your information for any purpose. We dont train model.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your PDFs are parsed using OCR middleware — the full document is never sent to any AI model. All uploads are encrypted in transit.
4. Data Retention
Uploaded files and processing results are automatically deleted 10 days after a job completes. Job metadata (filename, page count, timestamps, credit usage) is retained for billing and account history, but the underlying documents and outputs are permanently removed. You can also delete jobs at any time before the 10-day window from your dashboard.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Google for optional OAuth sign-in. These services have their own privacy policies.
